30 November 2007 The Court of BiH has issued a warrant for the re-arrest of Nedjo Zeljaja, and extends the custody of Ratko Bundalo and Djordjislav Askraba until the end of the main trial.
The Court of BiH has issued an arrest warrant for Nedjo Zeljaja, who is charged, together with Ratko Bundalo and Djordjislav Askraba, with having committed crimes in Kalinovik. Bundalo and Askraba. As per a motion filed by the Prosecution, the custody period has been extended for Bundalo and Askraba until the completion of the main trial.
The indictment, which was confirmed on November 28, alleges that Bundalo was commander of the Tactical Group in Kalinovik, Zeljaja was commander of the Public Safety Centre in Kalinovik, while Askraba was manager of the "Barutni magacin" detention camp.
Zeljaja was arrested on August 28, 2007. Three days later he was released from custody, but certain prohibiting measures were pronounced against him. Askraba and Bundalo have been held in custody since their arrests on August 29 and August 31.
