11 March 2010 Ljubisa Cetic, who is charged with crimes committed at Koricanske stijene, has concluded a guilt admission agreement with the State Prosecution, according to which he can be sentenced to between 11 and 13 years in prison.
Cetic admitted his role in the crime against humanity committed on August 21, 1992, when about 200 civilians from Prijedor were shot at Koricanske stijene on Mount Vlasic, near Travnik.
The indictment alleges that Cetic, Zoran Babic, Milorad Radakovic, Milorad Skrbic, Dusan Jankovic and Zeljko Stojnic, former members of the Interventions Squad and Public Safety Station in Prijedor, participated in the murder of about 200 men who came to Koricanske stijene with a convoy traveling from Prijedor to Travnik.
The same indictment originally charged Damir Ivankovic amd Gordan Djuric, former members of the Interventions Squad, who admitted in mid 2009 their role in the crime and testified against the other indictees. During his testimony Ivankovic said he saw Zoran Babic, Milorad Skrbic and Ljubisa Cetic taking part in the shooting of civilians at Koricanske stijene.
Ivankovic was sentenced to 14 and Djuric to eight years in prison.
By signing the agreement, Cetic committed to testify against the other indictees and at other trials, if requested by the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina or a law enforcement agency.
"The indictee committed to personally give a statement, after the Court has accepted his guilt admission agreement and before it has pronounced sentence against him, expressing regret for the crime he committed," the State Prosecution's announcement states.
The Prosecution stated that the Prosecutor "informed the injured parties about the intention to sign a guilt admission agreement". They "gave their support" to the agreement, considering the fact that Cetic committed to disclose useful information which will help explain the crimes committed at Koricanske stijene and in the Prijedor area during 1992.
The guilt admission agreement has been forwarded to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for consideration.
