Kondic et al: Health problems

11 September 2008 The hearing has been postponed due to the poor health of indictee Vinko Kondic.

The beginning of the trial for three people indicted for abetting genocide in the Kljuc municipality area has been postponed to 15 September due to the poor health condition of Vinko Kondic who complained of a ''strong headache''.

''We are informed by Health Service of the prison institution that Kondic is feeling very bad despite taking drugs and he is still not able to follow today's main disscusion'', stated Jasmina Kosovic chairwoman of the Court Council.

The Bosnian Prosecution charges Vinko Kondic, together with Bosko Lukic and Marko Adamovic, for participating in organising a group of people and encouraging them to commit genocide as well as crimes against humanity and war crimes in the area of Kljuc municipality during 1992.

The trial is set to continue on 15 September.
