Anisa has just recently joined the BIRN BIH. She has worked with several leading EU and UN institutions and donor groups, in administration, programmes and planning units, starting with the OSCE in 1996, Election Department in BiH and later in Kosovo as Operations Manager until 2002. Later she moved to UNDP, as Civil society Coordinator for PRSP, MDGs and Gender programmes, where she stayed for several years. In 2004 she moved to Iran, working for one year as a Chief of Support for IOM - Afghan and Iraqi Elections Program. From 2005-2007, she worked as a Program Manager for Women for Women International BiH. She is also a member of different development groups in BiH and worked as a consultant and evaluator for number of projects in BiH and Region on gender, civil socitey, sustainability, social and cultural development.
